Our goal is that you get paid in full and on time! If after the grace period, we have not received the rent, we act promptly by contacting the tenant and if needed, issue proper notice.

Tenants have several ways to pay their rent, including our 24/7 online tenant portal where they can conveniently pay by eCheck or credit card. Tenants are also welcomed to stop by our office to submit payment.

We know how important it is to receive your rental income on time, which is why we track incoming rent payments and take action when a payment issue arises.
