During the vacation rental booking process, you’ll work directly with our dedicated Vacation Rental Specialist, Bryan Macias, whose primary goal is to have your vacation rental property booked as quickly and efficiently as possible. We’ll handle everything from updating your listing across multiple booking platforms, like Airbnb and VRBO, to answering guest inquiries and ensuring your property is accurately represented. Our team will take care of it all: managing incoming reservations, communicating with potential and current guests, and keeping your calendar up to date. Expect at least weekly updates from us, including details on new bookings, guest feedback, and any necessary property maintenance. We are committed to making sure your vacation rental is showcased in the best possible light, both online and in person, to attract quality guests and maximize your rental income.

ACCOUNTING
Our dedicated accounting department provides professional bookkeeping and accounting for each short term rental we manage. Management fees, booking fees, online bill pay, owner draws, and taxes are all included in our management services, and owners are kept up to date on all transactions through our convenient online Owner Portal.
